Yadalam Government School Project
With a small introduction to the Head Mistress, Hongirana team set out to meet her and check out the school premises for our next project. We fell in love with this small and well maintained school the moment we saw it. The Head Mistress Mrs. Sujatha was very excited with our art project and wanted us to start off immediately.
With the help of the NGO “Step Up for India”, we wanted to make this as a maiden project of “Hongirana Chittara” program. “Step Up for India”, further helped us to put in contact with a Trust called “Chilume foundation” who were already sponsoring many events in the school. We were excited when they came forward to fund our small project along with Step Up for India. Although this was not a corporate event we wanted to challenge ourselves with some outside volunteers and make it a two day event as we had planned for corporate events.
Here are some glimpses of the the 2 well spent, event full days at Yadalam Nagar school.
