Chittara

From the time of cave paintings, Man has used art as an effective means of learning and communication.
With the firm belief that every child is an artist, Hongirana Foundation through its Chittara wing, brings together community volunteers, corporate, school authorities, and children in one-day, two-days art events. These events are conducted on the school premises and have become an almost playful way to inculcate important social values in children like hygiene, water conservation etc while working in a collaborative, almost festive environment.
